This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is short because the website does very little with it.

What we collect. If you fill in the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type into it. We do not ask for anything else, and the website does not collect information about you in the background.

Why we collect it. Solely to reply to you. We use your details to answer your enquiry about care at Bellevue Rose and to arrange a visit if you want one.

Where it goes. Your message is delivered to us as an email. It is not saved to a database, it is not added to a mailing list, and it is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it. Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as we may reasonably need it to deal with your enquiry and to keep a record of it. You can ask us to delete it.

Cookies and tracking. We set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own, and we do not follow you around other websites. There is one exception you should know about: the contact page shows a Google map of where we are, and that map is loaded from Google, so Google may set its own cookies while you are on that page. It is the only content on this website that comes from anyone but us. If you would rather not load it, every other page works normally without visiting the contact page, and our address and phone number are in the footer of all of them.

Children. This website is intended for adults arranging care and is not directed at children.

Your choices. You can ask us what information about you we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the contact page and we will action it.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
